I’m working on a Constellation Insight Portal. The explore data feature is working fine and the Insight is retrieving data correctly, but I have a minor issue: the Actions menu (the three-dot icon in the insight header) is hidden, so the Export to Excel option unavailable even though my Insight is sourced by a Report Definition and queryable. I tried granting additionnal privileges to my user, but that did not resolve the issue. Is there a visibility condition or a specific privilege that I might be missing?

What is the pega version you are using ?
Is it a simple insight with data coming from a single table or you have associations/joins ?
Is it only happening when you open the insight from explore data or from landing page as well ?
It could be a cache issue as well. Try to clear the cache with clean restart.

Export To Excel is not an option if you’re leveraging Data pages and the records are sourced from Report definition.

It’s a simple insight.
I’m seeing the same behavior even with the OOTB insights, so it doesn’t seem specific to my insight configuration.
It’s hapening when I open the insight from both explore data and landing page, also I’ve tested this as an end user in a custom portal and from Dev Studio (switching to the portal), the behavior is consistent.
I don’t think is a cache issue, since the “explore data” button is also hidden within the explore data view itself. Could this be related to a visibility condition or access control setting that I might be missing?

Also, in my case, it’s not just the Explore to Excel option that’s mission, the entire actions menu is not visible. Would this still be related to using data pages sourced from a report definition, or could there be another cause?
@AmalA961 in addition to the above, export to excel option is only shown for those created from a datapage that is queryable.
