Action test - "Failure streaming email treatment specified by outboundemailtreatmentwait1" error

Hello,

I have created a proposition and added two Email Treatments to it. In the action flow, added a send email shape between start and end shapes to send an email notification.

Tested the email treatments individually for mail delivery and were successful i.e., Received the email.

But when testing the same from the proposition (ie., Action rule > Test tab > Test Action), mail was not delivered and test failed with error message - Failure streaming email treatment specified by outboundemailtreatmentwait1 . Attached is the screenshot of the same. Couldn’t find anything in tracer as well.

Can I get any help here on this issue ?
