The local actions on assignment level will reflect on the other actions menu in the screen. Of course it is a user triggered local flow action, only if the user clicks the option the local action will be launched.
If you configure the local action only assignment level it will be visible only when that particular assignment reached. (it will not visible any more), Based on the requirement, We can can configure multiple local actions.
We can configure the local action 4 ways, as mentioned below.
–>If you are configured the local action as an Assignment level , it is visible only in the particular assignment.
–>If you configured the local action as Process/Flow level, it will visible throughout the process/flow
Note: Process/flow may contain one or more than one assignment
–>If you are configured the local action as Stage level it will be visible throughout the stage,
Note: one stage may have contain many processes.
–>If you are configured the local action as a Case wide action it will be visible throughout the case.
Just Click on Action Menu, See Local Action Details.
@MaxonL16591286 As you are aware of local actions, if you configure the local action here, while running the case this local action will be available for user to select on this assignment from Action Menu. It will not be auto triggered.
You can test this, call the pxDismiss local action here, it will allow you to Dismiss from the Action Menu while you are on the assignment.
