When a new employee is onboarded, various departments (HR, IT, and Finance) need to complete their tasks in parallel. HR collects personal documents, IT sets up system access, and Finance sets up payroll. The main onboarding process should wait for all these tasks to finish before it moves to the final step of welcoming the employee.

You didn’t specify the actions that lead to this issue—are you switching portals?

If not, this problem may occur if the pzFetchQueueProcessorInfo activity is taking a long time to load the data. This activity runs queries to gather counts for each of the queue processors.

Please check your network trace files and Pega logs.

Look for any PEGA0005 alerts generated during this process. If you find them, you may need to work with your infrastructure team to clear Kafka-related data and perform cleanup.
