what is the need of page validation if we have property validation

In which scenario do we use page validation, why can’t use the property validation for this case?

@ramun16915856 All the validations are not property related. Lets say you called a service to fetch some value. The result is loaded on an independent top level page or a data page. If there any service error, you want to show the same message on your page also. So, you need to set a page message
