Web browser is throwing an error: Websocket closed, reason: Connection was closed abnormally when user trying to perform any options like rule opening, checking, performing branch merging operations etc… sometimes blank screens and sometimes, screen says that “system is not returning any data” message. Also, sometimes the system is throwing error : “This action is not allowed as it’s outside the current transaction”
Observation: System did not shown any kind of split brain issue neither at the batch, web and stream level nor at the clustering service pods level.
Additional information: Pega Application hosted in Openshift On-Prem containers with 24.1.3 version
