Update Pega Robotic Runtime Automation Version

Hi Team,

We have few RPA servers for our Pega Robotics project, we have plan to add more RPA servers.

As per Pega documentation, whenever we need to install the new runtime version we need to uninstall the old version.

Is there any other way to automate this process with silent installation in windows machines?

Looking for longer term perspective to automate these installations with CI/CD pipeline.

Appreciated for suggestions or thoughts.

Please suggest.

@SriK3119 I would suggest that if you are planning for long-term, you plan to implement our Synchronization server.

This is specifically designed to ensure your Runtime is using whatever version your automation package was built for.

In terms of uninstallation, the documentation doesn’t currently list these steps, however I believe WFI Runtime is similar enough that it would work for the regular installer.
