Hi Nagavallika,

May I know the Which course are you completed? Mission or Module or External certification.

if you completed mission or module it will reflect in your pega account immediately

If you are completed external certification with current pdn account mail id, it will show your certification details in your pdn account. but it Will take 2 Days to One Week of Time.
