We are using button to log off but the requirement is when user log off, we have to unlock all cases if users open case in pega.
Please provide solution for this.

If an user logs off with a case open and lock acquired, Pega automatically removes the lock, sometimes keeps it for upto 30 mins default which is configurable in the case type.
