Unable to See instance on my trails

Hi,

I am unable to see any trails in my pega > software >my trails. if tried to request the instance is showing as unauthorized access have to login or create account
please help me to get in that. Another one issue on registration time i have entered only my team members details and they received the mails today morning. i haven’t received any mail. can i add or edit any team details from their account.
