Unable to Open Correspondence attachments which is copied from another case

Hi all,

We are developing in Pega Constelltion 25.1.1 We have requirement to merge info from one case to another case. As per this we need to copy attachments as well.

Correspondence attachments also get copied to another case. Issue is we are unable to open the attachments form target case.

We have mapped all the relevant properties.

Please share your knowledge/experience on this

@KANCHANG hi, is it already resolved? Without trace logs, and exact steps for reproduction will be difficult to help here.
