Unable to log in

When trying to log into academy I keep getting an error message

Failed t get authenticatiin tokens for Generic. Check logs for further details.

Please advise

@MarijeSchillern I am still unable to log in today. I had entered an incorrect password but then password was reset and have not been able to log in since.
