Unable to install Pega Platform

Hi Team

I am not able to install the Pega platform 8.23 edition and getting the following error message.

@SanBan please log a ticket with our support team via the MSP. (I was unable to find a ticket for the issue by the original poster therefore your best option to get help on your problem is to liaise with our GCS team).

@SanBan Check JRE version. For Infinity you should use 64-bit version of JRE. I was having similar issue on my personal computer and after updating to 64-bit version of JRE , I was able to install pega. Check the following link.
