Unable to download pega personal edition ..

I am trying to download pega personal edition in my laptop. but it is not downloading it’s throwing error " you are not currently affiliated to the correct account for your organization to view the full My Software experience."

Personal Edition No more avaiable, You can use Community Editionf for Learning Purpose.

Register by using below URL for Community Edition.
