Unable to access Pega VM in virtual box. Credentials needed

I am practicing for the LSA exam using the image provided in the LSA 8.8 course,
It worked fine for a few days but suddenly it was asking for “Architect” password to log into the VM.
As per my research I found “password” usually works, but in my case, it is accepting it but is not moving forward. it’s asking for a password again. I am stuck at the authentication screen.

can anyone help me with this?

Can you try “install123!” or “install@123”?

Hi the password is “password” BUT the VM memory was 100 percent utilized. So extended it and it worked fine
