Trying to install CDH and get HTTP Status 413 – Payload Too Large

I am following the installation guide and the core file name is different than what is downloaded when selecting the product for download. When I select the local file to import on Configure>Application>Distribution>Import I get the below message.

Is this indication of wrong .zip software file or why would an expected product be too large for the standard import wizard?

HTTP Status 413 – Payload Too Large

Type Status Report

Message User attempted to upload a file larger than 1536 MB. Please contact the System Administrator.

Description The server is refusing to process a request because the request payload is larger than the server is willing or able to process.

The file/core.zip stated in the install guide is within the downloaded software.zip and must be extracted and installed with the wizard separately.
