Trial Expiry - Urgent

Our company (Brumby Systems – Australia) is in the process of applying for partnership. We have been doing inhouse training using the trial associated with the [gmail] account.

We received an email 12 hours ago saying the trial will expire in 2 days, however, it appears to expired earlier.

Would ie be possible to reactivate the instance and extend the trial (we have applied for an extension)?
