Earlier when we used to train our predictive model(built in Pega) by creating a dataflow where we put our training dataset and a strategy which contains our predictive model.
Now in 8.8, when i create a model in pega prediction studio i see there is an option to run the model using a dataset(under Batch option).
My question is if I run the model from prediction studio will that be enough for training the model or still i need to create a dataflow and strategy?
Further is there any ways i can see the training report of the model?
@victor Hi Victor, running a model in Prediction Studio will not train an adaptive (or predictive) model, it will only execute the model for a single instance or for a small batch for testing purposes.
(if required, adaptive models can still be trained in a dataflow with a strategy as before)
