I have tried accessing to path https://github.com/pegasystems/pega-tracerviewer/releases(https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/testing-applications/summarizing-tracer-tool-output-using-pega-tracerviewer).
But it is showing as “This site Can’t be reached”. Can someone please upload the traceviewer file or provide SFTP location for download, as provided in this solution (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/trace-viewer-file-path-download).
@Bobby as explained previously in our moderator contact submission, providing a time-restricted FTP link will not solve your issue as your network settings could even prevent access to those locations.
I’m able to access the following links without any issue - these sites are external so the issue appears to be a problem at your end:
It sounds like you need to check your Firewall settings.
Please could you check with your IT team if anything can be done from your browser side to fix this?

I am able to access the SFTP location from this link (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/trace-viewer-file-path-download). Could you share the tracer file in that link if possible, as access to Github is restricted as shown in the atatchments.
