Hi.
I am working on a windows 10 laptop and my client uses Pega 7.1.9
On launching clipboard tool, I wasn’t able to see threads to select in the clipboard tool.
On trial and error, came to know that threads are visible in the black background only when browser zoom < 110% ( this is when, by default, the clipboard tool opens in a new window occupying around 70% of the screen size ).
Just want to know whether this issue is fixed ( threads being visible irrespective of zoom level ) in version 8.
Thanks.

@Manoj Sandoori your question is a year old. We would recommend simply posting a new question to be sure the question was not archived.
Moreover, you have not clarified the browser type and version used on Windows 10.
This issue was seen in the past by a user who was using IE8. For IE9 and IE10, Pega 7 will no longer support the IE8 “compatibility mode” (EmulateIE8). Browsers in IE8 compatibility mode will not display correctly
Only IE11 is supported forPega 7.1.x.
Please see the Pega Platform Support Guide and Pega Platform Client Operating System and Browser Support
We don’t support browsers other than Internet Explorer for Developer Studio.
While non-IE browsers eg Chrome, work much better for that in 7.1 than in earlier versions, due to removing a lot of Active X controls in 7.1, they were not officially supported.
I checked an no Pega 8.x clients have experienced the issue you describe.
We recommend that you update as soon as possible.
