How can I restrict the visibility rule for read-only section separately though the same section is used in the editable section?

I think you are using embeded section,

In visibility, You can give when rule or expression to manage the visibility of that section.png

Based on the visibility condition on the embedded section, we can restrict the user. Please try and let us know if you face more issue.

Better to create the separate section and call the same section as read only . This is good approach. In future if anything getting added in the section you no need to make the changes in review section.
