System will display/sort the cases based on the Highest Priority first AND Along with the Oldest created date.
@SivaprasadReddy Please add the Sort the Priority Column and sort order is 1 and Sort the CreateDatetime Column and Sort order 2 and check it. Its should work for your requirement. Refer the screen shot
