Why I don’t have any access on the System Architect’s documentation of version 8.7 in spanish language? I’m not really sure if I have to request some authorization to access that content.

Have you made changes to your organization or email recently? If so please take a look at the My Pega account FAQs
Here you are all the screenshots with their URLs which I was navigated and saw that problem of denied access page.
Responding to your second question: I didn’t make any changes on my account recently.
