System Architect Mission Exercise version 8.8 - Problems Completing Challenge

When Accessing System Architect Mission Exercise (specifically US-2101: Approve new account requests):

The system does not verify after (1) following all the steps in the video, and (2) resetting the instance three times. The system will not let me continue to the next 5 user stories until the first one has been verified.

Can you please tell me what I need to do in order to pass the following two errors:

The Dashboard contains the Worklist widget.

Dashboard named Default was NOT found

The Worklist widget displays work from the AccountApprovals work queue.

I found the issue (user error). After making/saving the dashboard changes, previously I clicked “Publish to default” and NOT “Publish”.

Once I clicked the Publish button (and not the “Publish to default” dropdown choice), the system validated my user story
