Survey builder tool in pega 8

Hi All I am facing an issue in Survey builder tool in pega 8, once I add multi answer question as multi checkbox, in preview tab, once I click on preview and trying to select option from multi checkBox getting error like “Survey Name is empty”. I am unable to trace it. In clipboard also I didnt find any error. Can anyone help me on this.

Please see the following ‘Known issues in this release’ for Pega Care Management 8.6 Release Notes where ISSUE 649637 matches the exact error you provided.

The issue appears fixed in Pega Care Management 8.7.
