Hi all , I am unable to save any when or jump step in the activity because strangely there is no submit or cancel button showing (screenshot) . Has anyone else faced the same issue ? If yes , kindly suggest a way out.
Are you facing this issue only for one activity or for all the activities. If it is only for this activity try to revalidate and save this activity.
If it happens for all the activities, with the live UI, try to access the section related to when (pre-check) condition and check if there are any roles defined on the submit or cancel buttons. Please add the respective roles if any missing.
@P.Siva.Praveen Hi Praveen . Thanks for the reply . Actually it is not only happening with activity . Wherever there is a popup , the submit and cancel button are missing . Such as - when u configure a local action(overlay) on a button , then at run time , in the popup (overlay) , there’s no cancel or submit button . And it is happening only for this application . I have other applications , there it is fine. Trying to figure what the issue is.
@AnanyaA2 Any solutions for this anyone?
@AnanyaA2 you have not specified the Pega version nor whether that has been any update on this environment. This sounds like a UI kit or rule validation issue with regards to the modal window used.
Did you check your Tracer and Developer Tools F12 view to see if you find any errors relating to the activity definition?
Please can you submit a support incident for your UI problem?
Please provide the INC reference here so that we can help track the issue with you.
Hi @AnanyaA2,
Please check anyone has customized pyOverlayTemplate section in your application ?
Thanks,
Vinay
@MarijeSchillern Hi Marije . Thanks for your reply .
Currently I am using Pega PE - 8.7 . And this issue is happening with only one application that I have created few weeks back .For rest of the Applications its fine . I haven’t changed anything in the application definition though . I will submit a support incident as you suggested .
@VinayKumarL16594575 Hi Vinay . Thanks for your reply . Yes the pyOverlayTemplate was customized by someone . Now I corrected it . Thank you.
