Streaming node (Kafka) sync in Active - Pasive setup

Hi All,

We are trying to setup Pega 8.7 in two Openshift clusters in Active Passive configuration (we have been told Active - Active does not work with Pega).

From DR perspective what does this mean for the Streaming nodes (Kafka), Is Pega able to sync between two different clusters (traditionally done using mirrormaker2)?

@MarijeSchillern Thank you for your reponse.

In the article mentioned by you we have a very AWS specific answer which does not apply to our setup, which is using in house Openshift clusters. So the accepted answer in that thread does not answer my question.

@KumarS7883 the response from the SME is that Pega does not support, and therefore does not test, multi K8S cluster deployments.
