@Madhavii Naidu are you still facing the issue? Let me know if you have created incident on support portal. This should not happen in '23.1. D_CorrespondenceCase was made Thread level to fix this and many such issue. Please also check if you have overrides in pyPostEmailContent section specifically around attachment display.
