Spinning icon issue while open the popups in our application

Hi guys ,

Recently, we upgraded the application from Pega version 7.1.5 to Pega version 8.7.5. After upgrade we are facing spinning issue while open the popup. We are using button actions local action target as modal dialog and

CL:Work-

ID:pyModalTemplate

RS:Pega-EndUserUI:08-07-06

Actually, This prevents me from editing anything inside the popup.

Actions i tired:
I saved as all rule in higher version. but that is also not working

I have removed pre-post activities and DT. that time also i got spinning issue.

When I used local action target as overlay i didn’t the spinning icon, but functionality changes it means look feel changes not only one popup. every popup has same issue .

Please give me suggestion why it is works.
