In Pega Constellation 25.1.2, newly created or recently updated assignments are not being displayed at the top of the To Do widget as expected (the assignments belong to two different class groups in self service portal).
The assignments appear to be ordered incorrectly for end users. The pyUserWorkList report definition is configured to sort assignments by pxCommitDateTime. When the D_pyMyWorkList data page is executed manually, the assignments are returned in the expected order. However, when the same data is accessed through the To Do widget by an end user, the assignments are not displayed in the expected order.
Could you please advise if there are any additional configurations or considerations in Constellation 25.1.2 that could affect the sorting of assignments across different class groups in the To Do widget?
Note: query executed in the background did not have pxcommitdatetime which was added in the report definition and no sorting is present in the query even though sorting is added in report definition.
