Hi Team,

I recall that earlier there were Pega Smart Dispute challenges accessible through the Pega instances from Pega Academy. However, I’m currently unable to locate them.

Could you please assist by sharing the updated links or guidance on where to find those challenges?

Here’s the quick path. Log in to Pega Academy and search for “Pega Smart Dispute Agentic Automation”; the live mission with modules and quizzes is here and replaces the old “foundation” challenges many people remember. If you want the topic-level lessons (workflows, intro, highlights, accounting, auditing, Reg E timing), open those directly from the mission’s topic pages. For related payments content or if you meant Smart Investigate, there’s a separate Smart Investigate Agentic Automation mission. If a link like the old “Smart Dispute Foundation” shows “not authorized,” that course was retired or access-restricted—use the Agentic Automation mission instead or ask your Pega account/academy admin to enable it. You can also browse the general disputes overview and global payments ecosystem topics that reference Smart Dispute and Smart Investigate. For product specifics and UI-Kit-era docs, keep the official product docs handy. Finally, if you still can’t see missions after login, post on Pega Support Center with your academy ID; others have asked about these same challenge links recently.

Earlier, we have to have an option to Initiate a Dispute Case and resolve it some and other reason with “initialize Pega Instance for this Challenge” option; but there is no more option here; Eg link: Creating help content | Pega Academy
