Service File Pre and Post activity not getting called. Pega Version 8.5

Hi All,

I have configured Pre and Post activity on Service File Rule but they are not getting executed. I have tried to Tracing the Service Rule, enabling logging in Pre and Post activities but these doesn’t get called. Any suggestion please.

It seems we need to restart the File Listener, then only the config changes in Service File Rule are taken in consideration.
