Selenium Starter Kit on MAC OS

Hello.

Could you please help me to find answers for the following:

  1. Is source code of Selenium starter kit JAR file is open source? Where is it located?
  2. If source code is not open source and we can not make any changes in the JAR, whom should we contact if there is an issue in that JAR/ or some driver is missed?

Especially, there is no Chrome Driver for MAC OS, and tests are not running in MAC OS machine.
