Rules creation/optimization using MCP connectors

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well !
I have few doubts on usage of Gen AI on Pega Cloud environments:

  1. Can we connect to Gen AI Servers like Claude with Organization API key and do operations on case?
    If yes, is there any documentation or demos for us to follow?

  2. In similar way Can we create/edit/optimize Pega rules via MCP connectors with our Org API Key?
    If yes, can you please route me to proper documentation or demos for this.

  1. Connection to Gen AI - If you have the Pega environments enabled with GenAI, then you can perform the Agentic AI workflow during the case processing. Please refer Gen AI cookbook for the examples: Pega GenAI Cookbook: Agentic AI Recipes
  2. Create/Edit/Optimize Pega rule - This feature will be available in Pega Infinity 26 release.

As we are using our own org key. Do we still need separate Pega GenAI License?.
