RPA not sending back the Robot Activity CompletionStatus , show error like Pega-API-CaseManagement-Assignment

Hi,

did any one faced this issue. please let us know any soluations for error.

Hello @Sarveswara Reddy,

The error could be caused by different things, it could be an issue with the case type configuration, or it could be an issue with the payload returned by the robot. My suggestion is that you open a support ticket to GCS so we can work with you trying to debug and confirm what it is causing this error.
