Robot Manager - View-Only / User Visibility of Bot Schedules

Are there any options to support RobotManager granting read-only visibility of the bot schedule?

For some of our more complex scheduled items, we receive inquiries of when the next scheduled run will occur. Providing user visibility of the bot schedule would be helpful to share and mitigate these inquiries.

I didn’t see any option for this in the documentation or academy. I suspect this is not supported OOTB?

Preferably being able to restrict access to viewing the schedule items by the workgroup that’s scheduled to run. This would allow us to limit teams to only view their scheduled actions.

You could achieve this by using the pxViewSchedule privilege on Data-Admin-Operator-ID class. You could either add it to an existing Access Role or create a new one and add it to the desired Access Group.
