We observed that there is a Pega framework/Component for Courts Management which we can use as a base to implement the clients requirements.
Is this part of PGP framework?
We are looking for similar solution/implementation (Ex: court administration, including case scheduling, progress monitoring, jury booking, attendance monitoring, penalty/debt management administration, and case presentation in the courtroom) for one of our clients and trying to get more details on this framework.
Could you please help us to find more documentation of “Pega for Courts Management” (Pega for Courts Management | Pega) with respect to functional and technical implementation for further analysis.
PGP provides Government data model, a variety of business components and some case types to support many government process and solutions.
Govt Courts management is one such solution that can be built using PGP, but we don’t have a framework specifically for courts management offered OOTB, that’s why you don’t see documentation geared to this specific domain. Rather the approach we wanted the implementation teams to follow is that build your Government courts management faster and de-risk the implementation with PGP assets, like entity management - be it people, place or things with all relationships, and components of intake and case reviews like assessments, action plans, document, checklist, case files, request for information etc.,
I am the product manager of PGP, you can reach out to me @subar if we need to go deep dive on the PGP application and I can help to see how bring a solution together for courts with PGP features and components.
