You can use the Explore Data tool to generate reports and charts, or Insights. Insights fetch and display data with a set of visualization. An Insight retrieves data from Data Pages so that you can visualize the data in a chart or table format for which you can select criteria for grouping and filtering the data.

In constellation basically its “Insights” who take care about the report definitions.
But how can you open and run legacy Report Definitions in Constellation, can that even be done?
The traditional Report Browser interface for Rule Definitions (RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION) is not directly available in the Constellation UI.
To continue displaying traditional BI reports data you have a couple of options:
A. Re-create your existing BI Report Definitions as Insights.
B. Expose the report browser by pointing to the URL of a Traditional Section Based UI Application
C. Make a portal specific for reporting usage based on (section based) Theme-cosmos.
