Hi, I have changed the PegaNBAM:Agents access group to refer to my implementation application as the real time container rule associated in NBA designer (channels tab) was inactive and I recalled this was a required step. However, after updating and saving the access group, logging out and in, the real time container is still inactive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

You would need to refresh 2 data pages - D_ContainerActiveProg and D_ContainerConfig. These data pages gets validated in 24 hours. since you posted this 5 days ago, I am assuming these data pages would have been refreshed ad showing correct data.
Are you still facing this issue?
@RaghuShankhawaram issue was resolved with a server restart (data page refreshed on first load) but good to know these are the two data pages to focus on in the event we have a new server config and need to refresh the containers’ active/inactive status
