Reaccess DB

I currently am not being able to access the DB I think.

My credentials are no recognizable neither my application is beeing fetched need some help please, on how can I reaccess the DB where my things are saved?

You’ll need to contact your orgization DBA for this. The issue is not related to Pega as per your issue description.
