"Quick CreateERROR: Save failed.pyRuleSet: Your Operator ID does not allow Rule Check Out making it impossible to save..."

When I try to create a new product rule I get this error message:

“Quick CreateERROR: Save failed.pyRuleSet: Your Operator ID does not allow Rule Check Out making it impossible to save a record belonging to a RuleSet that requires Check Out.”

I verified the “Allow rule checkout” option is enabled for my Operator ID. Is there something else I need to do to create a product rule?

@CallumSharkey Hello,

Check the Ruleset you are about to create the product file. In the Ruleset under the security tab you should see a checkbox “Use Check-out?”. Make sure this checkbox is ticked. Refer Screenshot
