In previous versions of pega I used to access the pyDefault DataTransform in this way:
Case type->Settings Tab-> Data Initialization → Data Transform.
Now when I’m using the latest version(Infinity 23) of pega.
When I navigate the above steps in to open to pyDefault DataTransform, Data Initialization tab is only showing an option to set fields and not the actual pyDefault dataTransform.
Note: I’m able to open the pyDefault DataTransform from the app Explorer Class->DataModel → DataTransform->pyDefault. I just want to know why it was removed from the settings tab of Case Type.
Adding the fields here should add the steps in the pyDefault Data Transform. Since Pega is always pushing for a App Studio based low code-no code approach, showing the UI like this would be more user-friendly to the Citizen Developer in order to update rules with very minimal technical knowledge.
