Problems with my Pega Community Lab

Good morning,

I am having trouble starting my Pega Community Lab. When I request to wake up my instance, it appears to start up but then crashes and does not finish booting. It briefly displays the message “Powering on” but after a few seconds it returns to the inactive state to wake up the instance again.

Thank you for posting! Please email the team at [email protected] for more information. They did tell me that your trouble is part of the AWS US East 1 outage. Once the outage is resolved, you will be all set. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the team though if you need to.

I faced the same issue earlier, and I was able to fix it by switching to a different browser. After changing the browser, my lab instance started successfully.

You can try that and see if it works for you too.
