@FirdozK02 Adaptive models are used to calculate the propensities for all available actions and treatments. Predictive models can be used for example to calculate a churn score for the customer and this could then be used in the arbitration, for example to exclude all other offers than retention offers. Predictive models might also produce a score for a product category, these scores can be used as predictor input to the adaptive models.
