Pod restarting with OOM - Requested array size exceeds VM Limit

Hi,

Greetings. Hope you are doing well! We are on OCP and Pega 8.8.2 using external elastic search and one of the pods have a nodetype of “BackgroundProcessing,Search”. I am seeing constant restart of pods with OOM - Requested array size exceeds VM Limit. This seems to be caused by FTS, and when i disable search in Pega via Search Landing Page, i see no restarts. There is a heap of around 24GB and metaspace of 256M allocated, any thoughts as to why this is happening and what can be the resolution?

Hi, Greetings. As we had to revalidate and save a lot of predictive models which caused the VM to terminate. In real scenario we would not be doing this revalidate and save but as we are triaging an issue with this functionality we had to do this.
