  1. Followed instructions from the video shared by Pega
    • Zip file used was the file shared by Martin
  2. Run a command from command prompt
    • prpcUtils.sh import
    • after running, the following error was encountered

@HaideeT7 please can you go back to the original engineer in GCS who helped you with that ticket?

We will ask them to contact you, but it’s best to keep the investigation in the MSP ticket. If the ticket was only recently closed you can always use the reopen functionality.

@HaideeT7 the CONNECTION INFORMATION section of the prpcUtils.properties file needs to be customized for your environment, and then it should probably work as expected.
