Can anybody tell me where exactly in the perform and review harness it is configured that the section will be editable or read only?

Perform harness is the place where the work area exists. You can have the screens to process the assignments. But in review, it is readonly where you can see the entered data or processed data.
Perform harnesses ( Work-.Perform ) present flow actions in an action section named Work-.pyActionArea. This section is included in Work-.pyWorkBodyLeft (which is included in the section Work-.pyWorkBody ), and is not visible in the harness.
