Pega with WebLogic and Oracle DB CyberArk support

Hi,

We are currently using Pega with WebLogic and Oracle DB. We attempted to integrate CyberArk for database password management, following the same procedure we used for other services, but we encountered issues. It seems from the log it is “unable to load classes from the database”.

Upon reviewing the platform support guide, I noticed a note stating that CyberArk support is available for environments using IBM WebSphere. Could you please confirm if Pega does not support CyberArk with an environment uses WebLogic and Oracle DB?

@kaganoskay as per the Platform Support Guide, it is not supported.
