@BalajiS17024027 I do not believe there are community editions available any longer for 19.1 as it is going out of support at some point in the future. To acquire versions for use, I believe you can get a link from any of the community courses, those these will likely be in 22.1. If you are a licensed user, then you can still download 19.1 versions from the download portal.
