Pega Personal Edition UI looks corrupted

Hi Everyone,

I am using Pega personal edition 8.6 and i a working on some activity task but suddenly my pega ui screen becomes corrupted or distorted.I restarted the server and clear cache as well from the browser but issue remains the same.

Can you please help me to resolve the issue. I am attaching the screenshot for the same as well
